I am a natural bodybuilder, Monkey Nutrition ambassador & personal trainer and would definitely class myself as a passionate, competitive athlete.
I started weight training at the age of 14, before joining a local gym at 18. From there I continued learn about health and fitness and have lived by it ever since.
Since qualifying as a personal trainer in 2013 I have become more and more interested in strength and conditioning and nutrition and have continued my education of these topics and training methods. I specialise in nutrition, performance and body composition.
I’m very passionate about bodybuilding and weightlifting and enjoy educating others on the art of how to move and lift correctly to improve performance and shape.
