My real fitness journey began in 2014. Believe it or not, I’d already been struggling at the gym for nearly a decade. My diet would yo-yo, my body shape would fluctuate, and I didn’t seem to be able to make any real progress. Worst of all, working out felt like a chore.
So I hired a personal trainer, and never looked back. He motivated me to levels I never dreamed I’d reach – learning about proper form and how to maintain a dedicated regime. Most importantly, I discovered how to manage a diet that gave me the nutrition my new healthy body needed, and still get to eat tasty food! At the gym, I saw myself grow stronger not just physically, but mentally too. Working out wasn’t a chore anymore. It was my calling in life.
Today, I have helped many others reinvent their shape, gain strength and improve their performance at the gym. It’s my mission to help, whatever level of fitness you’re at, to get you to the next.
