Chococonut Energy Balls

We’ve found a great alternative for you to try. Not only are these 100% natural, there is no cooking involved AND they taste great!

We found this recipe at “Collective-Evolution” and adapted the original recepie from bars to balls as we found them to be perfect on a smaller scale. These bite sized balls are packed full of energy from natural sources – making them the perfect pre-workout snack. They also have all the added benefits from the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants from the dates, coconut and cocoa.
300g soft pitted dates
80g natural dried coconut (save a bit to one side for rolling)
1 heaped tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbs natural honey (as required)
Pop all ingredient in to blender and blitz, mixture will be rough and sticky. Add honey to mixture if it appears dry, but don’t allow it to go runny.
Will keep for up to two weeks.
