Protein Packed Peanut Butter & Strawberry Muffins!

Well how about if we told you there are plenty of alternatives out there that would leave you feeling more that sweet tooth satisfied with far less of an impact on your goals and waistline. All it takes is a little creativity and you’ll be amazed by how good, good food can taste.

1 Ripe Banana
2 Egg Whites
2 Tbs Peanut Flour (we bought ours from Sainsburys)
1/4 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tsp Melted Coconut Oil
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees
For topping you will need…
Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor until the mixture is smooth.
