Fit & Strong course January 2019

A 15 week ultimate group training plan designed to not only get you fitter and stronger but also teach you the most up to date training techniques. The course teaches the primary three fundamentals of weight training: progressive overload, muscle tension and metabolic conditioning over three different phases to help you achieve optimal results!

The Fit & Strong Course is suitable for both beginners as well as advanced gym users.

£200.00 or 4 monthly instalments of £55.00

NB: If you choose to pay in 4 instalments you will be required to set up a monthly direct debit for January, February and March 2019 following your initial down payment of £55.00.

Fit & Strong Course


When and where does The Fit & Strong Course take place? 

Upon sign-up, we will contact you to book in for your movement screening session. This must take place prior to starting the course. The course will commence on Tuesday 8th January at 7pm at Macclesfield Performance. Training sessions will take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm for the 15 weeks.

I have an injury, can I still participate? 

Of course! This is why we provide you with a movement screening before you start so that we can identify any injuries or muscle imbalance that we need to work with.  Our expert coach will then adapt the necessary elements of your course content to suit your needs. Once you book on to the course you coach will be in touch to get you booked on to your movement screening. 

Do I need Facebook for this course? 

No. We have a closed Facebook group to help us deliver more course content and support you further so while it is beneficial, it is not essential. We will make sure you are kept up to date with any important information.

Do I get any nutrition with this course? 

We don’t believe in handing out meal plans as this is not a sustainable way to get results. We do however offer you nutrition information such as guides on portion sizes, recipe ideas and the types of food you need to eat more or less of to help you fuel your body for the next 15 weeks and beyond. You will learn everything you need to know to ultimately build your own diet that’s not only sustainable but you also get to eat the food you enjoy!

What if I am unable to attend a session?

While we encourage you to make every effort to attend all your training sessions, if for any reason you have to miss any, please speak to our coaches who can help you come up with a plan to catch up. Our Open Gym sessions is a great way to catch up with your missed sessions too!

I am a monthly member of Macclesfield Performance can I attend on my membership?

Macclesfield Performance “Elite” members can attend this course as part of the membership package, please contact us for information on how to book your place. Upgrades to “Elite” from, “Standard” “Open Gym” and “Run Macclesfield” memberships also available.
