There are three main attributes a fighter needs to be successful:
•Skill; in your chosen field and the ability to constantly adapt and improve your performance
•Dedication and determination; having the will power to train when others wouldn’t and couldn’t
•Diet; the body and mind work perfectly in sync. Without one the other is left weak.
The first two of these elements are in my control. However I thought it wise to ask DS Lifestyle & Fitness for help and guidance regarding my nutritional intake. After a simple consultation and plan I was able to make adjustments to my diet and eating habits. This enabled me to increase my strength, improve my energy levels and maintain the highest level of fitness possible while decreasing my body fat percentage.
It is for these reasons that I will continue to train on a regular basis with DS Lifestyle & Fitness as well as highly recommend them.
