For as long as I can remember I have always been on one diet or another, you name the diet and I have tried it.
I would loose the weight go on holiday and put it all back on plus some then it got harder and harder to loose the weight. I could only fit into one pair of stretchy jeans and I was determined not to buy a larger size.
I considered myself reasonably fit, I went to the gym and went for walks at the weekend. At the gym I would more or less do the same thing each time.
I had told my sons partner Vicky that I was struggling with my weight and she recommend her friend Dom who was a Personal Trainer. I thought at 64 years old ‘what have I got to loose’ Well I signed up for a 12 Week Programme with Dom and it turns out I had a lot to loose; weight and size, we have just reached week 12 and I have lost 7 inches off my waist. I can now fit comfortably in all my jeans and no more diets!
I see Dom for an hour each week and she gives me a programme for the gym to follow, along with advice on what is best to eat. We set goals for me to achieve and she helps me work towards them. I have even just jogged a route that 12 weeks ago I struggled to walk!
I am so pleased with the results that I have signed up for another twelve weeks.
I have to say it’s not easy but if you follow Dom’s advice you will defiantly get results.
