I have been attending DS Lifestyle & Fitness classes for over a year now and I am really happy with the results I have achieved. When I first started the classes I weighed 10st 9lb and I now weigh 9st 7lb, it wasn’t necessarily the weight I wanted to loose. I started as I wanted to tone up gain strength and feel fit and healthy which I now do. I got the results I wanted very fast. I can really see a big difference in myself from when I first started the classes. I feel I have gained a lot from attending them and I can now motivate myself to exercise at home as well.
DS Lifestyle & Fitness classes are very different to others. I feel you get a lot more out of them as there is a lot of variety of exercises, you don’t just lose weight and tone up you also gain power and strength. You learn new exercises and use different muscles all the time so it makes you want to keep going back as every week is different. I don’t think I have ever done the same class more than once!
They also do a Royal Marines Boot Camp which is once a month this you should definitely try! When I first heard about this I was a bit unsure about attending as I didn’t think I would be able to do it, but I have now attended 2 of these and will definitely attend more as I found I was capable of doing all the different exercises. They are very challenging but you feel great after you have completed it and sometimes there is a bit of team work which is quite fun.
Dom and Steve are very helpful they will answer any questions you have for them with regards to fitness and give you very good advice. They will also advise you on what foods to eat which is very helpful to get a balanced diet and achieve your goals
