Boxing Fundamentals Course
Wednesdays: 18.00 – 19.00
5 week course of workshops – starting Wednesday 3rd August.
Learn skills that can be put into practice at Macclesfield Performance’s boxing fitness class ‘PADS’ or simply use the course to gain better technique and get fit!
You will learn how to properly stand, hold the pads correctly for partner work, move and strike correctly and then put it into practice using combos and boxing fitness drills.
This course is designed for the complete novice, those who have never boxed before or those that have only basic boxing skills.
This course is suitable for all fitness abilities
