Couch To 5km
Every Monday & Wednesday at 6.30pm STARTING MONDAY 27th FEBRUARY.
This 6 week training course is led by qualified and experienced Run Macclesfield coach, Emma and leader in Running Fitness Natalie, it is also supported by our regular club runners of all abilities themselves.
Twice weekly sessions designed to get you steadily from walking to jogging, Zero to 5k over a structured and achievable plan. Whatever your level of fitness, this simple program will gradually ease you to your goal!
Would you like to get fitter, healthier or to loose weight? Maybe, you’d like to take part in a charity run or obstacle course?
This is the perfect way to start!
At the end of this course you will be able to run continuously for 5k (3.1 miles) which will be an amazing achievement.
