Open to both DS full members & non-members to participate, these 3 workshops will be a great introduction for all who attend to the benefits of strength training with the focus on this occasion on the king of compound movements the “DEADLIFT”.
Over this 3-week course participants will learn how the deadlift can benefit them physically and even mentally. How it can be used to improve performance and help push them towards those awesome fitness goals. These practical based workshops not only teach its participants plenty but they are also be a great addition to anyones training routine for the weeks that they attend!
