HIIT & Hills is a summer series group session lead by DS Lifestyle & Fitness’s running coach Dawn.
Improve power, speed and strength, alternating between bursts of activity and fixed periods of rest and recovery.
These sessions develop stamina, burn fat and increase lean muscle.
