Running Club – Trail
Lead by DS Lifestyle & Fitness Running Club instructor Emma. Our Saturday morning running club session is ideal for those that are looking to head out onto local trail routes in and its surrounding areas for distances on average of 5-8k.
Meeting at 10.00 every Saturday morning Emma, accredited by England Athletics, leads the group on various scenic routes, coaching good technique and progression throughout for all.
This session is suitable for newer less confident runners as well as morn confident seasoned runners!

We regularly offer “Couch To 5k” courses for those that are new to running and that are keen to give it a go with people of similar ability. Our courses ease its participants into running in a well structured and achievable way.
If you have a goal or challenge looming then these courses are the ideal way to start preparing if it is your first attempt!
