Fit & Strong Club

If you are looking for a more targeted approach to your fitness training then join the Fit & Strong Club at Macclesfield Performance. The Fit & Strong Club is led by award-winning Personal Trainer, Mandy Wong Oultram, who is on hand with motivational training advice and expert guidance to help you increase your fitness levels, grow in confidence and hone your gym experience.

Members of the Fit & Strong Club will not only receive a personally tailored programme and access to regular hands-on coaching but also have the opportunity to be a part of a like-minded, dedicated community of individuals who provide an additional support network, motivation and further accountability.

The Club Membership price is great value at only £67 per month which includes:

  • Initial 1-2-1 induction exploring your personal fitness goals and how to use the gym equipment safely and most effectively

  • Macclesfield Performance gym membership (usually £27.00 per month)

  • Up to 3 hours coaching each week during club hours focussing on technique and building your confidence

  • Training programme delivered via the FlexFit smartphone App. All achievements and progression updates can be viewed on the go with programme reassessments made every 5 weeks

  • Access to FlexFit’s client-only private Inner Circle Facebook group

  • Invitations to social events and workshops

About Your Coach:

Mandy has been running her own Personal Training business since 2017. She recently won The Prestige Award for Personal Trainer of the Year 20/21. She is an avid fitness fan and foodie - with 2 published recipe books.
