Joe has been working in the fitness industry since 2012 and has worked with a range of clients from people just starting out on their fitness journey to competitive athletes.
As a coach, Joe draws upon his years of experience and his own personal journey playing multiple sports such as rugby and boxing and competing in strength sports to enhance his coaching services.
Joe specialises in coaching olympic weightlifters, powerlifters and sport-specific clients and also runs Titan Weightlifting Club from Macclesfield Performance.
Joe is a big believer in practicing what he preaches and has been passionate about fitness and sport throughout his life.
